Hi Donny,
I read about your upcoming performance at my alma mater Willamette University in Salem, OR. Do you remember me? We grew up together in Madras. I'm Paul Foster's sister. I hope to see you at your concert in Salem. Take care. Eileen

Hey Don! Extra long time no see; water under the bridge and all that. I read about your concert in Madras recently, oddly enough just a week before you played and then my mom told me she was going with a friend and was I coming? Eric and I live in Redmond and are the proud parents of six (yeah, I said SIX) kids aged 25 to 13- four girls and two boys; two are married and we have one beeyootiful grandson and two on the way (don't know the sex of those two yet) anyway life doesn't always turn out the way we expect does it? Anyhoo my mom attended your concert and bought a c.d. which I just received today and have listened to while painting my living room wall on my day off...unsurprisingly it was amazing. First of all Congratulations! on your wife Connie...I was so happy to hear you had remarried - good on you! I talked briefly with your mom about ten years ago when Eric and I moved back to Central Oregon and knew that things hadn't worked out for you and Minthe and hoped you would find someone perfect for you and looks like you have. Eric and would have come for your concert in Madras but I worked until six-thirty in Redmond that night and have been exhausted lately due to the big "M" which interrupts women's lives at around my exalted age (that's a joke son),so we decided not to but missed out just the same but got this great C.D.! I love Sarah and Charlie, and of course Evverything is Blue, and Ballerina (I wondered if you had a family member who is a dancer...a daughter or perhaps little sis Julia? Our daughter Andree is a dancer.) I wasn't the best babysitter in the world when I watched your little Dylan before I became a mother meself...so sorry...I was a jerk back then...young and foolish...Idon't know how I ever deserved a man like Eric who has been a blessing to me over these past twenty-six years. I work in a little health food store called Cornucopia here in Redmond and Eric works for a little fuel cell company in Bend called Idatech and he plays dinner music occasionally in Bend and Redmond while trying to find time to record a c.d. on his Yamaha AW 1600. He has become quite the instrumentalist-no original tunes, but he does a decent variety of classical tunes and standards by Gershwin, Bacharach, James Taylor, LAGQ,and others. He has an Alvarez Yari and a Tacoma and sold his Ovation years ago because we needed the money! Your cover of Ricki Don't Lose That Number ROCKS! Covers are so tough to do-you did an excellent job-kudos!Lots of love to you and yours-greetings to your parents and I would to love to hear back from you, any news you have regarding
Jim and Mary would also be appreciated. Blessings to you... Polly

Yo Donny! I would just like to share with you that Maralee and I shared a very enjoyable evening at you Madras concert.
It was good to see you and be entertained by musician that we know and enjoyed watching him and his talent grow.
Another Madras sucess story who eyes can follow the dream. While you may have roots here I must tell you that you "ain't in Kansas anymore". Good to have a touchstone.
Know that you are always welcome at our home anytime and we hope to see you again on the ol' stomppin turf.

Hey Donny -- Great CD, thanks for sharing. Beware, I will take you up on the offer of a beer and some playing when I get a little more (ok a lot more) proficient. So, I was checking out your calendar for future show dates and I didn't see any. I would like to check you guys out live one of these days if you wouldn't mind keeping us abreast of local dates. Again, great job on the CD.
Cheers, Mike D (Safeway Pharmacist)

friend donny wright;
You may be surprised to receive this letter from me since you dont know me personally. I am dele hajamu son of Dr. Simon KUSI.,who was recently murdered in the land dispute in Zimbabwe.
I got your contact through Network on line in my search for a reliable and reputable person to handle a very confidential transaction that involves a transfer of a fundato a foreign account and I decided to write to you.
My late father was among the few black Zimbabwean rich farmers murdered in cold blood by the agents of the ruling government of President Robert Mugabe for his alleged support and sympathy for the Zimbabwean opposition party controlled by the entire minority. Before his death he had taken to togo lome to deposit the sum of US$20 MILLION (Twenty million
United States Dollars)
with a bank here in lome as if he foresaw the looming danger in Zimbabwe. This money was embarked from the purchase of new
machinery and chemical for farms and the establishment of new farms in Lesotho, Swaziland. This land problem arose when President Robert Mugabe introduced a new land act that wholly affected the rich white farmers and some few blacks vehemently condemned the "Modus Operandi"adopted by the government.
This resulted to rampant killing and mob action by the war veterans and some political thugs. Precisely, morethan thirty one (31) people have so far been killed.Heads of government
from west, especially Britain and United States of America have voiced their condemnation of Mugabe?s plan.
Subsequently, TOGO Development Community (TDC)has continually supportedthe Mugabe?s new land act, it is against this background that I and my family who are currently residing in LOME have decided to transfer my fathers money into a foreign account.
As the eldest son of my father, I am saddled with the
responsibility of seeking a genuine foreign account where this money could be transferred without the knowledge of my government who are tactically freezing our amily wealth and TOGO government seems to be playing along with them.
I am faced with the dilemma of investing this money in TOGO for fear of encountering the same experience in future since both countries have almost the same political history. More
so, theTOGO foreign exchange policy does not allow
such investment hence we are seeking for an asylum.
As a business person whom I entrusted my future and that
of my family into his hands, I must let you know that this transaction is 100% risk free and the nature of your business does not necessarily matter.
For your assistance, we are offering you 35% of the
total sum, 60% for my family and while 5% will be mapped out for any expenses we may incur during the course of this transaction. We wish to invest our part of the money on commercial property based on your advice.
Finally, all we need from you is assurance that you will not sit on this money when it finally gets into your personal or company account in your country. If this proposal is acceptable by you, please confirm your interest .
Best regards dele hajamu
